StaffRoom Solutions was founded in 2019 as a result of a shortage of quality, reliable relievers for the early childhood sector. We are now the largest provider of relieving teaches to early childhood centres in the Manawatu. We have now grown to the extent that we are providing relievers to 28 centres in the Manawatu area and that demand is growing. Why are we in such demand? It’s because of the calibre of both our staff and the centres we partner with. It’s important to Linda that the staff we provide have the right attitude and personality and will work in partnership with our centres, to support their teaching teams and enhance the quality of interactions with the children.

Linda has over 25 years in staff management and recruitment, with extensive experience in staff development and business growth. Her interest and passion for ECE began many years ago, when her children started attending the local Playcentre. Linda became an active member of the team and held the positions of President and Treasurer over the years.
Her children have all grown and she has eight wonderful grandchildren. She realises now, more than ever, the importance of quality childcare and the nurturing of relationships between children and adults.
